An Intrusive Strong Shock Overload Measurement Method Based on High Speed Image Acquisition and Processing

In order to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of overload waveform generated by intrusive strong shock wave generator in overload test, a strong shock overload measurement method based on high-speed image acquisition and processing is proposed in this paper. Analyze the intrusive waveform generation process of the waveform generating specimen, install an easily identifiable checkerboard tracking mark on it, and use high-speed camera testing equipment to obtain the continuous frame image information of the whole process of the waveform generating specimen penetrating into the buffer material, through the tracking identification region fast location method based on gray template matching and the multi-point synchronous location method based on Harris sub-pixel corner detection. Realize the fast and high-precision positioning processing of a large number of target image data, and finally achieve high-precision acquisition of the motion state parameters of the high-speed moving waveform.
