Application of Agent Technology in Supply Chain and Negotiation Under E-Commerce Environment

In the e-commerce environment, supply chain management and negotiation are very important links, and Agent technology provides a very effective application solution. This article discusses the application of proxy technology in supply chain and negotiation in the e-commerce environment. Using agents in supply chain management is one of the most important ways to improve efficiency and productivity. In recent years, proxy technology has been widely applied in various fields, including e-commerce. Agency technology is used to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. In this study, we investigated how these two companies use agency technology to improve productivity and optimize their business processes by better coordinating human resources and information technology. We also discussed how they can use agents to reduce transaction costs and increase customer satisfaction by improving product quality control. Agent technology can use Intelligent agent to simulate human negotiation in the negotiation link, and make independent decisions by analyzing the key words of the opponent's strategy, attitude, language and other dimensions. Meanwhile, Agent technology can also predict opponents' strategies and reactions, continuously improving the success rate of negotiations through self-learning and self-adjustment. In short, the application of Agent technology in e-commerce has made supply chain management and negotiation more intelligent, efficient, and automated, providing enterprises with higher quality and stable services, and enhancing their competitiveness.
