Research on Coordinated Optimization and Scheduling of Active Distribution Network Source-Load-Storage in Thermal Power Plants

To improve the wind power consumption capacity, optimize system scheduling, and improve the time-of-use electricity price scheme, this paper proposes a two-level scheduling model that can increase the wind power consumption space. The upper level considers the main grid scheduling of thermal power units, taking into account fuel costs and meeting the system's heating demand. The lower level focuses on achieving the maximum consumption of wind power, carrying out distribution network scheduling, integrating energy storage into the distribution network, considering demand response on the load side, and developing a time-of-use pricing strategy to optimize the distribution network load. The model takes into account factors such as energy storage, load-side response, and thermal-electric balance constraints. The grey wolf algorithm is used to solve the model, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by comparing the results under different modes using examples.
