Study of Vibration Table Power Supply Based on Improved PIMR Control Strategy

Weak points in product design are detected by electrodynamic vibration tables to improve and enhance product reliability. Therefore, the performance of the vibration table power supply directly determines the quality of the testing products. The current control of the vibration table power supply has problems such as large steady-state error, slow dynamic tracking speed, and serious phase lag at high-frequency output, which affect the product testing effect. To this end, this paper proposes an improved Proportional Integral Multi-Resonant (PIMR) control strategy to optimize the above problems by increasing the input feedforward channel and using a zero-phase shift notch filter.
