Robust Model Predictive Control of Induction Motor Based on Sliding Mode Disturbance Observation

In response to the issue of performance degradation in traditional finite set model predictive control methods when motor parameters are perturbed, a robust model predictive control method for induction motor based on sliding mode disturbance observation is proposed. A sliding mode disturbance observer based on exponential approximation law and hyperbolic tangent function is designed, which can estimate the disturbance caused by parameter variations and estimate the current to compensate for the effects of system sampling delay. By comparing the simulation results with the traditional finite set predictive control method, it is proved that the proposed method has strong robustness when the motor parameters are perturbed.
