Research and Application of Macro-Micro Linear Feed System

The requirement of ultra-precision machining technology in aerospace, micro-electromechanical, large-scale integrated circuit and other high-tech industries is increasing day by day. Macro-micro dual-drive technology has high practical value and application prospect for improving the accuracy of the machine tool feeding system and improving the ultra-precision position control system. In this paper, the macro-micro dual-drive feed system composed of piezoelectric ceramic brake and servo motor is studied. Through the hardware design and the establishment of the control system, the macro-micro point position control scheme and linkage control scheme are proposed, and the control precision of each control scheme is tested experimentally to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme. At the same time, the point position control scheme is applied to the turning center.
