Design of Automatic Control System for Production of 700000 Ton High Speed Wire Rod

In order to achieve information sharing between field equipment on the one hand and more effectively complete control system tasks on the other, a set of distributed control systems based on Industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus is created for a 700,000 ton high-speed wire automation production line in this paper. The ET200M distributed I/O station and industrial Ethernet are employed throughout the whole network system, efficiently resolving the control issues brought on by dispersed field equipment and rigorous control coordination needs.
