Research on Digital Measurement Method of OBD Online Monitoring System for Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicle

To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the OBD online monitoring system for heavy-duty diesel vehicles, and improve the effectiveness of monitoring and screening heavy-duty diesel vehicle exhaust emissions, a digital metrological calibration method is proposed. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition, composition, policy, and application of the OBD online monitoring system for heavy-duty diesel vehicles, and expounds the standards, technical indicators and measurement status of the system. Then, this paper introduces the digital measurement methods of the OBD online monitoring system for heavy-duty diesel vehicles from the aspects of digital measurement and calibration methods for engine emission data, traceability methods for on-board terminal calibration devices, and uncertainty evaluation. Finally, the necessity, shortcomings, and development trend of digital metering for heavy-duty diesel vehicle OBD online monitoring system are summarized.
