Development of Low-Frequency Standard Voltage Transformer and Research on Measurement Traceability Method

Voltage transformer usually works in AC 50Hz or DC environment, flexible low-frequency AC transmission in voltage transformer requires to run at 20Hz, and frequency is a key factor affecting the error, the prior art voltage transformer has been difficult to meet the flexible low-frequency AC transmission engineering measurement accuracy and operation safety and stability requirements. At present, the research on voltage transformers and their measurement transfer technology adapted to low-frequency transmission scenarios is still blank. In this paper, we will study the working principle of voltage transformer, analyze the influence mechanism of frequency on error, and develop a low-frequency standard voltage transformer suitable for low-frequency voltage transformer verification. The advantages and disadvantages of standard voltage transformers of electromagnetic standard voltage transformer and capacitive voltage standard device are analyzed and compared, and a voltage transformer value traceability method and quantity transmission system based on the low-frequency transmission scenario of dual standard transmission are proposed, which realizes the accurate transmission of low-frequency standard voltage transformer value to solve the problem of inaccurate transmission of low-frequency standard voltage transformer.
