Securing Academic Meetings in the Cloud: Exploring Effective Cybersecurity Strategies

Online virtual meetings are more accessible for everyone who needs to be there whether they join from home or any other country. For companies with a globalized work force, a good virtual meeting policy creates alignment in communication and facilitates integration between online meeting platforms. The study focuses on determining the Service quality in virtual meeting platform has an impact on client happiness.
