Smart Industrial Automation System Using Logical Sensors with IoT Assistance

In recent times, each and every individual requires an automation to do the things in smart way. The term Internet of Things (IoT) rule the present digital world in intense manner, in which it provides ability to users to control as well as accumulate the readings from the local entity to the remote cloud server using WiFi service. In this proposed work, a novel industrialautomation system is designed with bidirectional ability like controlling the industrial electrical loads as well as accumulate the present scenario of the industry by using different sensors and store that into the remote cloud server for further verification. All the details are shown in the connected LCD display unit for local entity reference. The ESP8266 controller is used in this work, in which it consists ofinbuilt Wi-Fi unit to carry the entire operation in smooth manner.In addition to the mentioned things, the proposed work allows the user to control the industry by means of remote load controlling procedures, in which the operations are done through voice-based triggers. All the accumulated sensor readings are assembled into the web server and the user can verify that anytime from anywhere without any delay by using their mobile or laptops. For all the entire proposed work is helpful to the industry to automate the activities in nice manner without any interruption as well as the outcome of this system shows the evidence to the efficiency of the proposed work.
