Design and Implementation of Intelligent Controller Based Auto-Wall Emulsion System

The development of the construction industry has reached its peak in modern times. The main reasons for this are artificial intelligence and computer technology. It takes more time to paint a building than it takes to build it. This is mainly due to the fact that this painting is mostly done by humans. This thesis describes automated painting. This painting machine is designed with two motors. The length and width of the wall are respectively given as input to the controller and the movements of the motor are controlled accordingly. Here RD77MS4 servo controller is used to control two motors along with R04 type controller. The required color for the wall is entered into the computer and it is applied to the wall using a suitable coating system. Inputs to the controller are provided by the GOT 2000. 0.01 mm accuracy can be obtained by adopting this proposed system.
