Design and Analysis of Crawler Robot Mechanism for Cabin Cleaning

In this paper, according to the requirements of the complexity of the interior wall of the cabin, a cabin cleaning robot specially used for the interior cleaning of the cabin is proposed. The robot is equipped with two sets of track-type magnetic adsorption mobile units, which can move flexibly and have a high load, and can make the transition between the transverse bulkhead and the frame, and between the frame and the cabin top. Through the mechanical modeling and simulation of the robot, the best working performance of the robot is obtained. Through further tests, the correctness of the simulation results and the practicality of the overall design of the robot are verified.
