Radio Channel Configuration by Sub-THz Band Linearizer for 6G Mobile Communication Systems

This paper presents a design methos of radio channel configuration by linearizer configuration of sub-THz band transmitter for the six-generation mobile communication. The compensation level of intermodulation distortion components by the linearizer depends on the radio of the radio channel bandwidth to the center frequency. From this feature, the throughput of radio channels is set to tradeoff between the radio channel bandwidth and the number of radio channels. According to these investigations, this paper shows that the linearizer configuration provides the radio channel configuration regarding the bandwidth and number of radio channels.
