Secondary-Side Power Control Method of Power Superposition Using Single-Phase Transformer for Power Supply of Position Sensor in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

This paper proposes a method for extracting and supplying power to the outside using a transformer in the power line of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The proposed method extracts power from the secondary side of the transformer over the speed-torque characteristic area of the PMSM. The method is validated using simulation.
