Common-Mode Current Suppression Study for Railway Vehicle Traction System through Scale-down Experimental System

Common-mode current suppression using magnetic cores is an effective EMC technique in the variable-speed drive systems employed in railway-vehicle traction. In this study, a 750 W induction motor was used to emulate a railway vehicle traction system and investigate the effective application of these cores.
