Complete Vehicle Controller Design Developed with AT32F413 as the Core Control Chip

Due to the lack of cores or even no cores available for car companies, it also leads to the inability to produce the whole vehicle controller, which is still the core of pure electric vehicles and urgently needs a replaceable chip. In order to improve the above problems, in this paper, we use the replacement chip AT32F413 as the main controller chip, and firstly design the hardware module, and then use Simulink software to build the control model and use the model to generate the code automatically. After each module code is generated, the template TLC file performs task scheduling to complete the automatic combination of the vehicle logic code and the application layer code. The combined code is compiled in Keil and then the BIN file is downloaded to the vehicle controller hardware via the CAN bus. The individual modules can be summarized and packaged as Simulink libraries for multi-platform reuse. Subsequently, actual vehicle testing is performed to finally verify its feasibility to meet its development requirements.
