Research on the Application of Computer Microscopic Technology in Forging System of Metal Materials

In this paper, based on the computer microscopic technology, a forging press auxiliary system composed of a material transporting robot and a cooling robot is designed. The purpose is to improve the safety of forging production and realize the unmanned production of forging parts. In this paper, an input force optimization method is proposed to solve the active over constraint problem, and a supplementary equation is added. Finally, the complete multimemory domain system dynamics model of the robot is obtained. According to the auxiliary operation process, the system controls the movement of the material transporting robot and the cooling robot according to the predetermined station. In this way, the two stamping cylinders of the forging press can be fed and cooled. The simulation results of the end position working space and station state of the auxiliary robot based on MATLAB show that the end position working space of the auxiliary robot covers all the station points in the process of the auxiliary operation and the station planning results are correct.
