Research on evaluating and optimizing temporary communication networks based on graph theory

To address the issue of evaluating and optimizing the performance of the temporary communication network for UAV teams use, this report introduces graph theory tools and creates a graph model for a typical outdoor exploration trip, using graph-based parameters to evaluate the performance of the UAV teams. The report shows that the optimization problem of maximize the end-end distance and minimize its vulnerability, under the condition of maximum graph connectivity can be considered a multi-peak non-convex problem, and the gene-optimization method can obtain a relatively stable optimal solution. In this scenario, the optimal way of UAV array is in a straight line forward in a group of two, with the center platform and the exploration node at the front being connected by a full link to its nearest two-way combination.
