A Method for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Antimissile Early Warning Operations Based on SEA

Maximizing operational efficiency is the goal pursued by all operational plans and actions. Operational efficiency evaluation is of great significance for anti-missile early warning operations, and is an important basis for system construction, combat law research, and combat plan decision-making. Starting from the mission tasks of anti -missile early warning operations, this paper constructs efficiency evaluation indicators from the perspectives of speed, accuracy, and continuity of anti-missile early warning operations, and establishes an anti-missile early warning operational efficiency evaluation index system. Based on the indicator system, establish performance metrics for the System Effectiveness Analysis method, as well as mission mapping and system mapping, and ultimately propose an anti-missile early warning operational effectiveness evaluation method based on SEA, providing support for the optimization and improvement of anti-missile early warning operational plans.
