Research on Intelligent Substation Dispatching Control Automation System

Dispatching automation system is the core component of modern power grid dispatching operation management. This paper presents an integrated design model of power dispatching automation system based on dispatching data warehouse. The relationship between the main modeling classes of supervision objects at the main station and substation is systematically analyzed. The extended model is applied to the development of Guizhou power grid dispatching automatic operation control system. In this way, unified modeling is realized for the supervisory object of the dispatching automation system, the supervisory information and the power grid primary system CIM in the energy management system. It is found that this system solves the problems of a large number of RTU address changes when the current system is upgraded, RTU to cope with the high load of the multi-front system, the load imbalance of the automatic dispatch front system, and the redundancy reliability of the multi-front system switching.
