Control and Design of Pole-changing Motor Driver

Many scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on pole-changing induction motor, but in conclusion, when switching motors with different pole pairs, which makes it impossible to obtain stepless speed regulation like ordinary three-phase motors. This paper analyzes the literature and develops a control system suitable for two-speed pole-changing motor drive, using a single MCU with dual cores to obtain a continuous speed during the pole-changing process, which can truly widen the speed range for intelligent electronic control system of automobile. This paper verifies the feasibility from theoretical design of the drive circuit to experiments, and brings a new prospect for the development of electric vehicles.
