Voltage-lift Type Impedance-Network Improved-Z-Source Inverter

replaces the center diode of the top switched inductor (SL) cell and the bottommost a single inductor is swapped and with SL cell, L2 in Improved-ZSI to obtain the improved voltage gain. Consequently, the quantity of submissive apparatuses and diodes are condensed, which reduces the price, heaviness, and astronomical obligation of the structure once associated with SL-ZSI, extended boost-qZSI, and enhanced-boost (q)ZSIs. Moreover, the suggested inverter configuration uses little duty cycle to obtain the high voltage gain at improved modulation index that enhances the output assessment quality with less THD for a specified supply voltage. The proposed structure is examined under steady-state conditions, and its theoretical interpretation is tested using MATLAB/Simulink.
