Design of Government Low-Carbon Subsidy Contract Considering Cloud Manufacturing Service Platform

Considering a low-carbon supply chain, the emission reduction capacity and effort level of enterprises are private information. When the government signs subsidy contracts with low-carbon enterprises, it exists problems of adverse selection and moral hazard. For the information asymmetry, from the two situations of whether there is a cloud platform or not, principal-agent models are established respectively. Analyze the utility function of enterprises and the government, formulate the government's low-carbon subsidy contract menu, and summarize the impact of the addition of the cloud platform on government subsidy contracts. The results show that: under the subsidy contract design with the participation of a cloud platform, not only the expected income of enterprises can be improved, but also the information rent obtained by enterprises with low emission reduction capability can be effectively reduced.
