Research on Scheduling Method of Liftable Shuttle Based on VNS-ACO Method

Using the liftable shuttle car to complete the three-dimensional storage and transport is a new form of application. This new form can greatly reduce the waiting time of the shuttle car caused by the cooperation of the elevator and the shuttle car. By analyzing the workflow of multi shuttle three-dimensional storage system, a scheduling model aims at minimizing delivery time as the optimization objective is established. In the process of solving, the traditional ant colony algorithm(ACO)is easy to fall into local optimization, the variable neighborhood search strategy(VNS)is introduced to expand the search range of the solution and enhance the ability of the algorithm to jump out of local optimization. Experiments show that the scheduling method of the multi shuttle three-dimensional storage system designed in this paper can effectively reduce the system delivery time and improve the delivery scheduling efficiency by 25%..
