Analysis of Motion Characteristics of Pedal Mechanism of Sewing Machine Based on Computer Simulation

Sewing machines and flat sewing machines have similar structures, and they have made great contributions to improving the efficiency of manufacturing and industrial production, and the mechanism motion characteristics of sewing machines and flat sewing machines have a decisive role in the performance of the machine. In this paper, CATIA is used to conduct dynamic simulation of the sewing machine power mechanism, and the simulation data and curves represent the motion law of the mechanism. The dead center characteristics obtained through analysis are consistent with the objective law of the hinged four-bar mechanism, which verifies that it is reasonable to use CATIA to study the core mechanism of sewing machines and related machines, and lays a foundation for the optimal design of these machines. It has great significance for improving the efficiency of design production.
