Voltage Stabilization Control Method of Variable Speed Onboard Power Supply Based on Dual Outer Loop Control

To solve the problem of high dynamic fluctuation and low efficiency of the output voltage of the variable speed onboard torque extraction power supply, this paper proposes a voltage regulator control method based on load variation with dual outer loop adaptive switching. Under variable rotational speed conditions, the system stabilizes the terminal voltage by controlling the excitation current of the generator and then uses a rectifier-inverter to achieve frequency and voltage-stabilized AC power. The system uses a dual closed-loop control method consisting of an excitation current inner loop and a voltage outer loop. This paper uses the AC voltage and DC voltage outer loop switching control strategy when the load changes. With load detection and dimension swapping as the switching rule, this paper constructs a model and calculates the onboard power supply, and sets PI parameters to achieve smooth voltage control. The feasibility of the control method has been verified through full-load switching and variable speed experiments. This control method can stabilize the voltage transient fluctuation within 10% at full load switching.
