Test and Prediction of Peak Resistance Torque During the Startup of Integrated Transmission in Low-Temperature Environment

The low-temperature starting performance of tracked armored vehicles is related to their overall adaptability. This paper takes a certain of integrated transmission as the research object. Low-temperature starting test bench is used a to test the starting resistance moment of the integrated transmission at −45 °C, −30 °C, −20 °C, 0 °C, and 20 °C. The experimental research finds that the low temperature has a great impact on the starting resistance torque of the integrated transmission. Compared with 20 °C, the starting peak resistance torque at −45 °C increases sharply to more than 17 times. It is found that the starting peak resistance torque obeys the exponential growth law with the decrease of oil temperature. At the same time, the study also finds that the optimized GOM(1,1) can well describe the variation of the starting peak resistance moment of the integrated transmission under low temperature conditions.
