Design of a Novel Micro Nano Aeration Automotive Exhaust Purification Device Based on STM32

This article designs a new type of micro nano aeration vehicle exhaust purification device to improve the purification efficiency of vehicle exhaust. Micro nano aeration technology is a technical method that utilizes micro nano bubbles to increase the dissolved oxygen content in water or mixed gas liquid, enhance the oxidation of water, and provide assistance in improving environmental pollution. By designing a new micro nano aeration device, the piston, water, and gas pressure in the purification device are regulated. Using the designed STM32 automatic control device and hardware circuit, the piston movement is controlled to generate negative pressure and receive real-time information transmitted by the sensor. The exhaust gas and ozone are sucked in and mixed, and water enters the reaction vessel through the water inlet. At the same time, the piston continuously pressurizes, pressing the mixture of exhaust gas and ozone gas and water towards the micro nano aeration reaction device, and finally passing through the holes on the reaction device, The micro nano diffusion of mixed gas into water generates micro nano bubbles. The rupture of micro nano bubbles generates a large number of hydroxyl radicals, combined with the strong oxidizing ability of ozone, to quickly purify car exhaust into clean gas, and continuously circulate until the exhaust is completely purified. This device can reuse the water in the container without causing waste. At the same time, it can automatically regulate the air inlet and the switch solenoid valve of the water inlet in the device through the pressure sensor installed in the reaction container, continuously circulating, and improving the quality and efficiency of tail gas purification.
