Design and Implementation of Remote Control System for Photovoltaic Cleaning Robot

Studies have shown that surface particles and accumulated dust from human activities are important factors that affect the power generation of photovoltaic power plants. Therefore, regular cleaning of solar panels is necessary. However, traditional manual or engineering vehicle cleaning methods require on-site supervision and cannot be operated remotely, while being limited by time. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of cleaning the dust on the surface of photovoltaic panels, this paper proposes a scheme based on WebSocket protocol for remote control of photovoltaic cleaning robots through HTML5 and WeChat mini-programs. The scheme uses the WebSocket protocol to transmit data through the WorkerMan server, thus enabling communication between the client and the photovoltaic robot. The practical results show that the system achieves information management and intelligent control of photovoltaic cleaning robots, achieves fully automated cleaning without on-site manual operation, reduces operating costs, improves work efficiency and economic benefits, and provides scientific basis for the operation and management of photovoltaic power plants.
