Research on Efficiency Optimization Control of Induction Motor Based on Fuzzy PID Control

Direct torque control of induction motor is more and more widely used in the field of modern AC drive because of its relatively simple and direct control method and high-performance control effect. However, due to the characteristics of its own control, it shows some defects at low speed, such as large torque ripple, inaccurate flux observation, low and unstable switching frequency, which affects the overall control performance and limits its further promotion. Therefore, the key to solve the problem is to study the optimization strategy to improve the low-speed performance. In view of the poor performance of induction motor vector control system due to motor parameter changes and load fluctuations, a fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control induction motor vector control system is designed in this paper. The quantization factor, scale factor and the weight of two input variables of the fuzzy controller can be adjusted according to the size of the input variables, so as to automatically adjust the fuzzy control rules. The simulation and experimental results show that the asynchronous motor vector control system with fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control not only improves the dynamic and steady-state performance, but also has strong robustness. The expected voltage vector is synthesized by space vector modulation, and the system backstepping controller is designed. The expected voltage vector is accurately calculated according to the flux and torque errors. This method can effectively reduce the torque ripple and stator flux error, which is proved by simulation.
