Structural Design and Analysis of Marine Composite Propellers Based on Ply Process

Composite materials have the advantages of strong designability, good damping performance and high specific strength. The propulsion performance and vibration characteristics of composite propellers are better than those of traditional metal propellers. A structural design scheme was proposed for the marine composite propellers by using ply process, and the strength and efficiency of the structural design were checked and verified by a numerical calculation method. The results show that the structural design scheme meets the strength design requirements and efficiency technical indicators. The design and analysis provide a reference for the design of high-efficiency marine composite propellers.
