Research on Agricultural Machinery Technology Based on Numerical Simulation

Cylinder liner bears complex mechanical and thermal loads during working. Using finite element technology ANSYS, a reasonable finite element model is established, the calibration power condition is selected, and the temperature field distribution, thermal stress and thermal deformation of the cylinder liner of agricultural machinery diesel engine are calculated based on the temperature field test results of the cylinder liner. Applying reasonable thermal boundary conditions, the temperature field of the cylinder liner under three working conditions of the engine is simulated and analyzed. The calculation results of the temperature field of the cylinder liner are used as loads to calculate the coupling field of the cylinder liner, and the coupling deformation results of the cylinder liner of the diesel engine under different working conditions are obtained. The influence law of piston temperature field on piston is analyzed, which provides a certain theoretical basis for piston pre-design and improving piston service life.
