Finite-Time Fault Detection for Networked Nonlinear System with Quantization Under Event-Triggered Scheme

This paper addresses the problem of finite-time fault detection (FD) for nonlinear system with output quantization and randomly occurring faults (ROFs). In order to reduce the burden of network transmission, the event-triggered scheme (ETS) is adopted to schedule the data transmission. The sufficient conditions are derived based on the Lyapunov stability theory to ensure that the residual dynamic system is finite-time stochastically stable (FTSS) and attains a satisfactory $H_{\infty}$ performance. Moreover, the desired FD filter matrices are obtained by solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). In the end, a simulation is provided to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed FD scheme.
