Research on Wind Turbine Heating System Combined with Solar Heating System

Wind turbine heating system and solar heating system use the complementarity of renewable wind and solar energy, can improve the heating rate of the heating system to the greatest extent. A novel model of wind turbine heating system combines wind energy and heat pump. It uses wind energy to directly drive the heat pump compressor, without power generation segment. Wind turbine heating system has high energy utilization rate, and can maintain stable heat storage by adding latent thermal energy storage segment at the end of the wind turbine. Solar energy as clean renewable energy, its rational application can promote our country to achieve carbon neutrality and carbon peak. However, its performance is indirect due to weather conditions. Latent thermal energy storage can effectively solve the contradiction of intermittent solar thermal supply and demand mismatch, and improve energy utilization efficiency. This paper proposes a new heating system with wind turbine heating system as the main unit, solar heating system as a supplement, which combines with latent thermal energy storage device. The surplus heat is stored during low load periods, and such energy is used to supply heat during high load periods, which is a way of peak load shifting.
