Construction and Weighting of Evaluation Indicators for Power Grid Reserve Projects Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method

To select projects that can improve the overall performance of the power grid, eliminate grid drawbacks, and improve the efficiency of power grid enterprises from a large number of targeted power grid reserve projects, this article establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for reserve projects based on the effectiveness of the power grid, taking into account the characteristics of different types of reserve projects, including safety, coordination, economy, and social benefits; In response to the shortcomings of a single weighting method, a combination weighting method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process entropy weighting method is proposed based on the principle of combining subjective and objective weights. The calculation results show that the method proposed in this paper can comprehensively construct evaluation indicators and weights for reserve projects, thereby reflecting the characteristics of reserve projects. It has certain reference value and significance for the evaluation of power grid reserve projects.
