Multi-Objective Optimization Strategy for Orderly Charging and Discharging of Electric Vehicles in V2G Scenario

The charging burden on the EV has a detrimental impact on the grid when many EVs are connected to it. To address this issue, we suggest an orderly charge-discharge approach in v2g mode in this article. A multi-purpose optimization model for orderly charging and discharging of EV in v2g mode was built by examining the architecture of V2G technology and the features of EV. We seek to reduce the standard deviation of the system burden and the user's overall charging costs while taking into consideration the characteristics of the random dispersal of electric cars. The model was optimized using a dynamic self-adaptive inertial weight coefficient particle group optimization method under the constraints of charge/discharge duration and charge/discharge load of electric cars. According to the modeling findings, the ordered charge-discharge approach lowers load variance in the grid and serves as a peak cutting and valley filling mechanism.
