Message from the General Chairs : PlatCon-23

On behalf of the organizing committees, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 International Conference on Platform Technology and Service (PlatCon-23) will be held in Busan, Korea, August 16-18, 2023. The PlatCon-23 is the 9th event of the PlatCon conference series which is hosted and organized the Institution of Creative Research Professionals (ICRP), and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Busan Section. We would like to sincerely thank the invited speakers who kindly accepted our invitations, and in this way, helped to meet the objectives of the conference: •Justin Woonghwan Kim, Solution Architect Head, Public Sector, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Korea •Lok Man, Professor, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China The PlatCon-23 will be held at Paradise Hotel Busan, Busan, Korea. There are numerous local attractions that attendees can enjoy, including: •Haeundae Beach: Haeundae Beach is a popular destination known for its beautiful sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. It's a perfect spot for beach lovers and offers various water activities, beachfront cafes, and stunning views. •Gamcheon Culture Village: Gamcheon Culture Village is a colorful hillside village filled with vibrant houses and street art. This artistic and picturesque neighborhood has become a must-visit spot for tourists looking to explore unique and creative spaces. •Jagalchi Fish Market: Jagalchi Fish Market is one of Korea's largest seafood markets. Here, you can experience the bustling atmosphere and find an extensive selection of fresh seafood, ranging from fish to shellfish and everything in between. •Taejongdae Park: Taejongdae Park is a natural scenic area that offers breathtaking coastal cliffs, dense forests, and panoramic ocean views. It's a great place for a leisurely hike and a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. •Gwangalli Beach: Gwangalli Beach is famous for its illuminated Gwangandaegyo Bridge that lights up the night sky. The beach offers a laid-back atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for evening strolls and enjoying the beautiful bridge's light show.
