An API acts as a mediator between different enterprise systems and enables smooth communication between them. It allows for the exchange of data and facilitates connectivity between various applications and devices. On the other hand, a mobile application is a software program that runs on mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, or smartwatches. Unlike desktop applications, they don't run on browsers but directly on the mobile device. Previously, physical connectors like OBD scanners were used to display machine statuses, but our app connects to the machines via the internet, allowing remote access to their statuses. It also notifies us immediately of any malfunctions.
