Framework of Inventory Automation for Online Travel Agency

The Online Travel Agency (OTA) provides the travel services for customers. Online Travel Agency provides transportation booking, hotel booking, cruise booking, tours and packages. The technology has transformed the travel industry to large extend. The Technology also plays a vital part in working of OTA that is why OTA keeps on updating its infrastructure with advancement in technology. The OTA handles large amount of data coming from hotels for processing therefore making the hotel inventory management system automatic is required. Hotel inventory management system automation using RPA will transform the infrastructure, reduce the cost, optimize the processing time and enhance customer experience. Robotic Process Automation is the procedure of automating repetitive, based on rule, prone to errors and time taking task. In this research a methodology is proposed for automating the inventory of a system of management of a hotel for an OTA.
