Simulation calculation of tunnel blasting response to pipeline vibration

With the rapid development of economy and society, the volume of urban traffic has been increasing, and underground transportation facilities such as subway have also been developed rapidly. Blasting as an efficient excavation method has been widely used in urban underground pipeline engineering, which is crisscrossing and complicated in environment. However, blasting often affects adjacent pipelines. Therefore, it is of high engineering practical significance and theoretical research value to study the influence of rock and soil mass characteristics on adjacent pipeline vibration response under blasting load. In this paper, based on the engineering data related to the tunnel blasting construction of Qingyi Xiyuan Station, Phase I project of Qingdao Metro Line 6, the finite element software MIDAS/GTS NX is used for numerical simulation. Based on the method of field test, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the geotechnical mass with different characteristics around the pipeline is calculated and analyzed. Study on vibration response and control of new shallow buried tunnel blasting to existing adjacent pipelines.
