Design and Error Analysis of Position Sensitive Detector Measurement System

In order to achieve non-contact high-precision measurement of object position, a micro displacement measurement system based on PSD was designed. AD7606 is selected for signal acquisition and analog-to-digital conversion, and STM32F405 is used as a microcontroller to calculate position coordinates and transmit them to the host computer for display, achieving real-time measurement of spot microdisplacement. The stability and accuracy of the measurement results are improved through interference analysis and using the unscented Kalman filter algorithm. The experimental results show that the system can measure the position coordinates of light points in real time, and the resolution of the PSD measurement system is 1 μ m, and the stability error of the measured light point coordinates is within 7 μ m, with high accuracy and stability, which can be applied to the field of micro displacement measurement.
