Research and Development of Reuse Process and Equipment of MVR Evaporative Condensate-Membrane Filtration

With the aggravation of environmental pollution and water shortage, the discharge requirements of industrial wastewater are becoming more and more stringent, conventional wastewater treatment technology has been unable to meet the treatment requirements of high-difficulty wastewater, in order to satisfy the domestic high-difficultly wastewater treatment requirements, this paper adopts MVR technology to treat sewage, compared with the original technology, after the reverse osmosis system to add the detection and circulation pump device, the substandard wastewater can be treated again until it meets the discharge standards, greatly reduces the equipment investment and operating costs, improving the system efficiency. It can be seen that MVR evaporation technology has a broad application prospect in the direction of wastewater treatment.
