Co-Simulation of Bi-Directional Pump Control Servo System Based on SimulationX and Matlab

The traditional valve-controlled hydraulic system has the disadvantages of large energy loss, high oil temperature rise and large commutation impact. In this paper, a hydraulic system of servo motor driving bidirectional pump and controlling single rod hydraulic cylinder is proposed. Based on SimulationX and Matlab, the hydraulic circuit and control logic of the system are modeled and simulated. The performance index of the system and the running state of the main components are given. The efficiency characteristics and pressure impact characteristics of the system are studied, and a joint simulation analysis method of electromechanical hydraulic system is provided.
