Coupling Simulation Analysis of Electromagnetic, Vibration and Noise Multi-physical Fields for Dry-type Core Reactor

Iron core reactors are widely used to compensate for capacitance current in substations. Due to electromagnetic force and magnetostrictive effect, vibration and noise problems of the reactors are very serious. In this paper, an iron core reactor model is established based on the multiphysical field finite element method. Through the simulation calculation, the characteristics and mechanism of reactor vibration and radiation noise are analyzed. In addition, the influence of core structure on vibration and noise is analyzed through the simulation of core vibration mode and natural frequency. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for iron core reactor vibration and noise reduction.
