3D Internet of Things Accurately Localizes RFID Devices Using RSSI for Optimal Routing

The development of more mature internet infrastructure has been a driving force behind the proliferation of wireless sensor networks. This is because the individual in question has greater performance characteristics when compared to those of similar methods, such as barcodes. In recent years, RFID-based solutions have been the only goods that have seen widespread distribution in order to pay attention while monitoring functions associated with WSN deployment. One innovative use of wireless sensor networks (WSN) is the technology known as radio-frequency identification (RFID). In comparison to other techniques of detection, radio frequency detection poses a far higher risk to the integrity of the system. This article demonstrates a novel routing approach for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) that is based on dynamic triangular localization. The Grid Head (GH) is selected after taking a variety of variables into consideration, and the whole network is constructed as a 3D-Grid that is split into cells with dimensions of m by m by m. In addition, the localization method that has been presented makes grid-based routing possible. We presented the Deer Hunting optimization (DHO) strategy as a method for selecting the most advantageous route. Extensive testing has shown that the proposed approach is superior to the methods that are now considered to be state-of-the-art. We have achieved better performance in PDR (93%), throughput (600kbps) and residual energy (20J).
