Perfect Vortex Beam Based Metasurface in Microwave Band

A perfect vortex beam is a beam with a constant radius regardless of its topological charge, and it may find significant applications in wireless communications systems, radar systems, and imaging systems. This paper introduces a novel perfect vortex beam operating in the microwave band, offering independent modulation of electromagnetic waves in X-polarization. This approach offers advantages such as miniaturization and reduced weight compared to conventional methods.
