Revolution System of Spatial-Temporal Pattern of Marine Resources Development and Management Based on Deep Learning Algorithms

As an important component of China's marine construction and development strategy, the development and utilization of marine resources can provide strong impetus for economic development, and the rational development and protection of marine resources are very important. This article constructs an evaluation index system for marine resource development from four aspects: marine spatial resources, marine chemical resources, marine mineral resources, marine aquatic resources, and marine tourism resources. The deep learning algorithm model is used to explore the spatiotemporal pattern evolution of China's marine resource development and management. The results show that the spatial information entropy of the ocean system in different provinces and the changes in ocean trends are roughly the same. The time entropy reaches its peak in 2019, and the regional entropy in Shanghai is always the highest. Based on the above evolutionary laws, this article provides suggestions for respecting the development of temporal patterns and regional patterns to provide reference for researchers.
