Union Parishad: A Rural Village Council Based Mobile Application For Village Peoples Local, Medical, IT, and Complaint Assistance Services

The union council plays an important role to improve the lifestyle of the rural people by providing local problem-solving facilities, medical services, IT services, local jurisdiction facilities, and different complaints-solving assistance facilities. The existing works on union council-based services rely on offline- based service delivery. The offline-based union council service delivery process is time and cost-consuming. To provide a beneficial solution, this paper contributes an online-based union council mobile application for rural village peoples' local problem-solving, medical facilities, local jurisdiction, IT services, and complain assistant facilities. The noteworthy features of the proposed application are community centre booking, birth certificate apply, government allowance, vaccination application, doctor appointment services, computer training, corruption re-porting, local jurisdiction help, and online seminar scheduling. The user review response analysis regarding the application features briefed that more than 75% of users are satisfied with the proposed application features and 80% of users are satisfied with the proposed applications supremacy over the existing problems.
