Temperature Control Optimization of Electrically Tobacco Product System

This study addresses the issue of inaccurate resistance values of heating elements at room temperature and proposes the optimization and design of electrically heated tobacco products (eHTP) heater system. The system employs short-duration pulses to measure the resistance of the heating elements. By comparing the measurement results with the actual values, the optimized system achieves accurate resistance measurement with an overall error within 0.5%. Subsequently, physical testing was conducted on systems using the measurement results and average resistance values. The results demonstrated consistent and effective temperature control, with calculated temperatures closely matching the actual measured temperatures at all target temperatures. These experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed system.
